I bought a new color ink cartage.I have a hp deskjet812c. I bought #23 cartiage #s are hp c1823d.Is this the correct cartiage? Tried to get it to print different ways and can't.

Just was wondering if you got your printer to print in color yet? I am having the same promblem. I am using the same cartriges that you are. any help would be appreciated. Thanks Lisa
