I run code from visual basic to create an excel object, but it sends me this error "component ActiveX can't create the object"... please could you help me...

Is this related to my software? How, and what program? You seam to lack some dependency files. Installing Offline CD Browser might very well equipp you system with the nessecary files. Check the web page for download links.
