every time I try installing a program, like kazaa and my scanner, I keep getting the same thing

(NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU LOSE ANYTHING) First : GO on microsoft.com and tell them that there a bunch of fking moth/fker and wile ur there check for updates and there database for this type of error. second : Did not work you should try a repair of Winsucksbutcan'tlivewithoutit 98, just reboot ur comp with the WIN 98 CD in and boot from it, then follow the instruction for repairing. Third : Still not working try re-installing, for this do the same as the last one but FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTION FOR RE-INSTALLING and do it over the old WIN 98 folder (default c:\WIN98) hope it helps.
