How can I capture images from a mpeg file ? I'm using Real Player or Media Player to view the file. Thanks!!

If your windows os is win9X,winme or NT . You can try Lalim VCD Player and it works great... .You can capture and save picture as bitmap..You can set it as wall paper too. It is small and requires MS Media Player 5 or above. But the capture does work under WinXP. http://www.angelfire.com/mb/lalim/images/vcdplay.htm
