There are many good animes like Evangelion, Kenshin, Initial D, Ninja Scroll but which ones do you think are the best?

Those are picks are all my favs... however I think that Hellsing should be up there along with Escaflowne, Lane, Cowboy Bebop, and Trigun. Recantley it has been Naruto for me, I think that it will rank up there as one of the better seires of all time.

Rahxephon, Full Metal Panic, Gun Parade March, Uchuu No Stellvia, escaflowne Those are really good, some other ones are D.N angel, e's otherwise, Gundam Seed(Some might disagree), All of hack, and inuyasha (even though its long and drags on and on and on and on....)

Evangelion ranks #1 for me. Kenshin is great but the series ends in a disappointing way...thank god for the ovas. Ghost in the Shell is interesting too. Inuyasha is starting to become a bore but it's still good. Last Exile is new, but it's starting to look really good.

Oh man! There r a lot of great animes out there and my fav include: Cowboy Bebop, Dirty Pair and Dirty Pair Flash, Rurouni Kenshin, Inuyasha, Blue Seed, Gunsmith Cats, Crest of The Stars, and Silent Mobius.

Animes that are very good i think is wolf's rain, ayashi no ceres, fushigi yuugi,samurai deeper kyo, fruits basket,angelic layer, rurouni kenshin , captain tsubasa and there are lot more. But i say you have to watch ayashi no ceres it's only 24 episodes great movies are ninja scroll, gosth in the shell

Scryed, DN Angle, Full Metal Panic, Escaflowne, Great Teacher Onizuka, Lain, Evangelion, Dominion Tank Police, Iria, Chrono Crusade, Hunter X Hunter, Last Exile, Vandred, Full Metal Alchemist, Spiral, All of Macross/Robotech, Transformers, Wonderful Days (movie), All of Read or Die, Kono Minikukumo Utsukushi, Monster, Haunted Junction, Paranoia Agent, Condor Hero Angelic Layer, and finally Naruto.
