Has anybody used the clear adhesive to protect their gas tanks where your knees contact it? I have a Senna and the fine scratches from my kness show a little. I have been able to polish them out but don't want to do this repeatedly. Any suggestions for preventing this (other than not gripping the tank with my knees, of course)? Thanks

I purched a set from: WWW.THETANKSLAPPER.COM

Have not yet applied it but it is my preference of the water applied removable type rather than the adhesive type.

Very reasonable price and quick service.
