I've been informed that one way I can get mangas at this #mangaproject on irc.mircX.com but I seriously don't know what does that mean. I haven't got a clue of what it is, where I go to join this channel or what to do. People say that the first thing you do is to get a IRC program but as I said before, I haven't a clue as to what it means. Can some1 plz help me by giving me specific details as to what to do to be able to access this #mangaproject on irc.mircX.com?

Here, a tutorial for you: ronin.soldats.net. It's not really the best out there, kinda condescending, but it will do to get you started with irc. You can also do a google search for irc tutorials, especially as it pertains to downloading anime. Lots of guides out there, some better than others.
