Looking for ancestors/relatives of James Watson Frazar b:1807 Anson County NC. Notes indicate he was somewhere near Albermarle (the town of Albermarle in Stanly Co. formerly Anson Co.?)

HIs fater was James, possibly born at sea, and his grandfather was James or John and was a sea captian.

This has been my brickwall for many years now. Any clues or help will be greatly appreciated.
