Is a discarded witness useful for the other side?

Hi: My wife the petitioner asked a lady to be a witness for her but the diocese recorder felt that the witness was useless bucause when the questions came to what she knew of our marriage she wouldn't give evidence. Can the respondent use this fact in his defence? Dave

David,

The fact that a witness would not respond is not a fact relevant. However, if the witness will testify to either strengthen fact or refute lie THAT would be useful...

I would suggest that you do some research or get some help from someone competent in these matters -someone THAT will aid you in defending your marriage and countering the pastorally stacked deck...

Feel free to contact me -I may be able to assist by pointing you in the right direction in areas I am familiar.
