Returning to Albany from Savannah via Jesup, GA in late April 2003 I noticed fire damage to the depot in downtown Jesup, used most recently as the AMTRAK station, although I think CSX still used part of it. I scanned the depot-related questions previously posted here and found nothing concerning this damage. Does anyone know when the fire occurred and how extensive the damage was? The building was still standing, but parts were boarded up and there was evident damage to the roof.
