PID controller, Peltier element and RTD sensor

greenspun.com : LUSENET : PID Controller Tuning : One Thread

Hello I am a summer student at McGill University and I need to built a sample chamber for measurements with a AFM. Could anyone advise me what controller should I use so that it is compatible with the peltier element? (namely the output has to deliver both positive and negative current). There should be 2 RTD sensors, to regulate and to control the regulation of the temperature of the chamber. Thank you in advance for your answer Manuelle Quinaud
