That's neat! I'm almost done, myself! A friend gives me the eps, so I don't yet have the Christmas and Spring specials... but I've watched up to ep 25! :o) How many eps are there total...? This is truly an interesting series (in a very good way).

Yep the promise girl is Naru. you wouldn't be able to tell from the series even with Ova. I confirm that after i read the manga.

i think there's a hint here n there in the anime (i think in one of the OVAs), like the part when Keitaro's aunt (what's her name that cool lady) mentioned abt Naru living there when she was young but Naru that dumb girl just dun remember. what's wrong with her?? anyway i dunno why they keep making a big fuss abt this childhood promise. who will care or even remember abt things little kids said? but that's anime where anything and everything is possible. BTW, no offense to Naru fans. i love the series too, esp the parts when Keitaro kept getting bullied by the girls.
