Custom Built Coffee carts CHEAP

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Coffee Related Buy/Sell/Trade : One Thread

DCC is a full service, portable coffee catering business. In my persuit of Coffee carts, I could NEVER find one that was cheap, yet held all my supplies, and had storage. So instead of buying one, I built my own. I use steel construction for the frame, held with locking nuts. Thats all I do, just the frame. You specify the size you want, and I build the frame for it, complete with wheels or casters. You finish with the top, sides, sink, etc. Laminate particle board works well for the tops and sides. Make sure you get the edging for it too. You can pull a sink out of a junked motorhome at a junk yard, along with the pump and water heater. Very easy to customize to YOUR specs, not someone elses.

You can buy a cart already built, I have seen them for as much as $20,000.00 and more, though you can get them cheaper.

You can get a basic 8 foot frame for only $399.00 plus shipping. Add 12" wings on both sides for only $99.00 more. Thats 10 feet total counter space for only $498.00.

Need a different size? Email me with what you need, I will email you back a sketch to look over, with the price to build. I will have pictures soon, but not at this time, my camera is busted.

I'm looking to purchase an espresso/coffee cart with a portable generator. I will need this cart for an outside event, which will consist of a very large number of people. Can you tell me the sizes you have available and what the price range will be?

Thanks.

We want to put a "Coffee Shop" cart/kiosk in our church lobby. I noticed the last message here was Sept of 2003 -- now it's June of 2004. Do you have any pictures yet? We are VERY interested in your carts and want to make a purchase before December 2004. Can you get back to me ASAP?
