No shit... no kazaa, no irc, no torrents. how the fuck do you expect to download anything o_O. Bandwidth ain't free on the web, which is why people use those P2P programs, or in IRC's case, leech. If you don't plan on using those programs, i don't know other ways for you to receive them,... other than someone sending them to you over icq or msn or ftp. But that's asking a lot... and as what was said before, quite the impossible.
