Rockman.EXE Episodes

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Animes : One Thread

Nope, this isn't another question about how to get Rockman.EXE episodes. Anyway, I got the subs from WolfPackProductions, but when I try to run it on my Media Player(after running it through Bitorrent) it says, "Cannot play back the file. The format is not supported." I'm stuck here, and the Microsoft page is no help. The rest of my .avi files work fine, so can someone tell me why these particular ones don't work?

No it's just so simple many people don't get it. After installing it. You simply download a .torrent file from a anime site (file like: Hikaru_No_Go.avi.torrent) then you just start the .torrent file and everything will go on from there :)

Yup it is really easy and its a hell lotta faster than Kazaa too(I have a low sharing rate 'cause no one downloads my files) but really, can someone please answer my question here? I just tried moving it to the My Shared Folders part of Kazaa. It doesn't work there either.

You gotta have the DivX codecs to play back DivX-encoded AVI files. www.divx.com is where you can get the latest codec/player bundle. Also, use the DivX player...Windows Media Player is crap.
