Could you post some suggestions concerning successful female rights of passage programs? Currently we are seeking a way to recruit high school freshman, sophomores and juniors for a once a month program that does not pressure them into making a Christian decision, but will put them in a position to be mentored by Christian women in our community, which allows us to plant the seeds. We have had a hard time getting this program off the ground for the last six months. HELP!
