Dear sir

We have a simple pid loop for cooling of reactor by a heat exchanger. The loop consists of a control valve, a heat exchanger and a temp. transmitter. This loop seems to be very slow ,I means the feedback of temp. changes takes long time so the loop is always in ossilation or is in manual mode. Please help me briefly how can i analze and simply tune this loop.
