automated phone reservation doesn't tell me which car

Hi,

I tried reserving a car using the automated phone reservation system--it went fairly smoothly, except that it didn't tell me which car I was choosing to reserve. I guessed that it would reserve the car that's closest to my home, which it did.

Specifically, the car I attempted to reserve was Element Esther.

I would have been screwed though if it had reserved another car instead of Element Esther.

I would appreciate it if you could correct this issue.

Hi Peter,

This was fixed at of the end of last week, just a missed voice recording. All cars and locations should be accounted for.

In the future, feel free to press zero--once in the automated reservation system--for a Zipcar rep who will reserve the vehicle you're aiming for (and alert us of the problem ASAP).
