My senior year in college I smoked pot pretty much every day and still managed to be on the Dean's List at the most difficult university in the state. :)

Technically I wasn't a Pagan back then, but only because I didn't know that Paganism existed. I even did a year with Campus Crusade for Christ in my search for a meaningful religious experience. Talk about some scary people! :)

Marcia, Great Find! It is about time they did some studies. Glaucoma, runs in my family, my Mom and sisters have had laser surgery and take pills for it.

My old herb books tell me that the herb for this is Cannabis. At my last visit to the eye Dr. the pressure in my eyes was high, jsut like my families, the Dr. told me half behind his hand, that smoking pot was one of the best defences against this. The article that you share also mentions this connection. The way I see it, it is a medicinal herb, and we should be allowed to grow it and use it as such.

I think they do not want us to partake of it because M.J. is one of the gateway herbs, it helps pry open the portals into parallel dimensions, and Lord be, what would they do if everyone's minds went beyond what the tv tells them, and opened up. They would have a revolutions on their hands.
