actually this should be a direct question to MR. peter chang, but anyone can discuss this, a lot of visual quality and the "feel" or the experience of the stories done by peter reminds me of 'Jean Girard Moebius'.( Incal and other stories, i.e: airtight garage ). there is a particular & delibrate detachment in stories from the everyday reality. I had seen an animated clip from a studio that was making animated story of Moebius stories. the look was very aeonflux except there were no dynamic angles. It is very interesting to reflect on that because I really admire both artists. that also proves we all live in 'one world'.
