A DWI file is a small text based coding file that is attached to mp3 songs and played through a program called Dance With Intensity (www.ddruk.com for info). Dance with Intensity is a simulator for a very popular Dancing arcade game from Japan under the license of Konami and Konami of America.

The game is phenominally huge in Japan and is growing in popularity within the United States. I'm a player of the game myself and I also am a founder of a competative team based on the game.

For more info please visit a website based on the game. It is fun to play, both in the arcade with a dance pad, or at home on the Playstation or PC (and soon the X-Box). There are also ports available on the old school Game Boy system.
