gas card instructions in cars

I suggest that you place instructions for using the gas cards near the card in the car. It is fairly easy, however I recently, having not had to fill the tank for awhile, forgot how to use the card. A little reminder of what the "Driver ID" or "PIN" is and that it is located on the gas cap would be most helpful. I probably won't forget again, but I imagine others will and a short post on the visor could probably save you administrative costs of dealing with reimbursements.

There should be an instruction card with the gas card. We'll check this car to see if it is missing. The PIN should be located on the gas card itself now, we'll check that card as well and make sure it is.

We'll review our "welcome packet" for new members, we're always looking for ways to make things easier to use. There are also considerable detailed instructions under http://www.zipcar.com/help which we will make more prominent.

If Zipcar included instructions on using the gas card in the "welcome packet," which states it contains everything you need to know to use Zipcar, these problems could be avoided. I don't think it would take up very much space in the packet. I know it would've saved me, and made my experience with Zipcar much more pleasant.
