There aren't many sites out there where you can download full episodes of anime. You probalby aren't going to find any at all with Yu Yu Hakusho because it has been licensed and a site can get into real trouble for distributing licensed material. Also here is something to note if you find anime on a website and want to download it:
What is the size of the file? Look for files that are at least 100 MB. Anything lower than that and the quality will suffer. 200MB for a half hour anime is about the best quality you'll find. If you're worried about getting sued, don't. They are mainly suing people that are sharing licensed American music, and the majority of people getting sued are sharing a whole lot of it. So if you don't want to get sued don't share licensed material on Kazaa or Kazaalite. Finally, there are other peer to peer networks that are completely separate from Kazaa and are not being monitored at the moment. Try WinMX, Imesh, Emule, and Edonkey to name a few.
