Not really, just want to read a none action, nice story, preferably with some romance. Like "No Title", just some (slightly soppy stuff), feeling kinda blue. Could do with a nice story to cheer me up... Fan fics could be ok

about I"s, go to http://www.angelfire.com/comics/negokiis1/ for high quality scan, but it only has up to volumes 8 if you want the entire series, go to http://www.anime-source.com/html/modules.php?name=Content&pa=showpage&pid=32&page=10 it is recommend that you read it online instead of download it since the quality is so so.

Ranma1/2. It's got everything that you said in it. Love Hina is good, as well and perhaps Video Girl Ai (but I didn't really like that).
