I have this feeling that all manga that I read actually are in Shonen Jump (Naruto,One Piece, Hunter, Yugi, etc) The only one manga that I still follow over Shonen Magazine is Hajime no Ippo. I remember that there is one time that Shonen M has great manga like Kotaro, GTO, Eiji, Kyo. I don`t if there is other good manga over Shonene Magazine?
