Right here is a good site http://groups.msn.com/NarutoManga/narutochapter01.msnw that site has chapter 1 - 182 and maybe 183. Just right click on the page and "Save Target As".

I really need chaps. from 006-105 to complete my current collection, I know of those damn groups on MSN but I'm not gonna sit there for 4 yearz saving each page.
