Manga/Anime Shops in Singapore!?!

hi guys any singaporeans know where to get cheap and english translated manga in Singapore?? Pls. recommend.. and im also interested in anime that is in japanese speech but with english text..

try Sengang video. It's at 21, hougang st 51, #01-13, hougang green shopping mall ... they sell anime with jap lang and english subtitles... haven't been there for quite some time so not sure whether they still there anot ...

Theres Quite a few ... u can try animehouse or sumthin at sunshine plaza its across e road from parklane the best denki at parkwayparade also has quite abit .. then theres bluemax vcd stores .... if i can think of more ill post =)

hmm, like mentioned above, Anime House in Sunshine Plaza has quite a collection, but mostly in dvd format, and kinda costly (I bought SisPri for $80). It is located in between Douby Gaut and Bugis MRT station, near SimLim Square. Well, if you want cheap ones, there are erm, pirated copies in other places, mostly burned ones ripped off from the net, sheesh.

yes yes! imported dvds in Spore cost a bomb. well, anything in Spore is expensive anyway. but it's not worth spending $$ on dvd which cost more than $20 with only 4 eps in one disk when we can um...download from the net. plus, you can catch fresh episodes out of japan without having to wait for them to get licensed and released.
