I need a program that will allow me to recompress AVI's(they have to stay in AVI format) in order to lower the quality of the video to make the file size smaller. Does anyone know of any programs that will do this?

Any help is greatly appriciated.

I already have Virtual dub but it doesn't allow me to compress as much as I want to. Someone sugested another program to me though, and it seems to work pretty well. I can't remember the name of it right now.
