Can you be sued for downloading music that is not produced by RIAA?? Also where can i get FLCL episoedes not using Kazaa or bittorrent do you have to pay for either of those?

Kazaa and bittorrent are 100% free, and the RIAA is only interested in music licensed in the US. They have no jurisdiction over anything else.

You might not get sued by the RIAA, but the label holding the song still has the rights over its distribution. It's the same for liscenced anime such as FLCL. Anonymous is definately correct as the RIAA has nothing to do with those either, but the liscence holder would technically have the right.

Kazaa and bittorrent are both free. If you can find the file you want on bittorrent that's great, though I find it works better for new releases. As for Kazaa... stick with Kazaa lite. Better download acceleration and NO SPYWARE!
