what about other p2p severs like edonkey and ect?

first, kazaa. when RIAA 'finish' 'em, the other's will be the same as kazaa right now. my god, whats wrong about sharing w/ others anyway??? it's seems that the sugestion about the trend of 'buying music like buying softdrink in machine' gonna come true . . . (or perhaps its already become a trend??? i dont know coz im living in a 'third world country' and just read it in a comp magz)

Yeah Kenji I saw that.

Does the RIAA have anything to do with anime downloads though, they are not the movie industry. I think they are just targeting music swappers. Oh well I'm not taking any chances plenty of other ways to get anime other than Kazaa.

RIAA only wants to stop users to share music files (mp3). They don't care about movies games or TV shows (for now). RIAA can't do anything against you since like 99% of you doesnt have their 21 years old yet. + What they wanna do is (for now) illegal and until the law allow em to, they can't do anything against you.

regular kazza or kazza lite? now im confused, they pay for kazza but got sued for it. are they gonna get kazza lite users too?

-- Anonymous, September 11, 2003

ummm... the RIAA has been suing people for quite a while now.

-- Anonymous, September 11, 2003

YES THIS IS TRUE I GOT A STUPID NOTe A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO SAYING IF I DOWNLOAD ANYMORE I HAVE TO PAY 200,000 PER DOWNLOAD. I advise all Kazaa users to stop downloading. They do trace user names starting with A. They do not give warnings the only reason I got one is b/c I stoped a month before and deleted everything and uninstalled Kazaa. Oh their also doing this to winmix.

Doesthis affect ppl form uk or ppl out of america?

-- Anonymous, September 12, 2003

Please people they are just trying to scare you!!! Anyone who really buys into this is pretty stupid. First off it is only MP3s, second off it's only in the U.S.ofNazis that they are doing this and third the chance of getting caught is so slim that you'd have a better chance winning the lottery. Don't let them scare you or they will win!!!!

-- Anonymous, September 14, 2003

This isn't true because how the heck do they know that you don't have the original CD because many people have the CD's and the rip it into MP3 and then share it. Plus they can't use your IP as evidence because there are hackers that use other people's IP to hide their own, so this is just to scare you off
