I think that a similar question has been posted already, but can anyone tell me of a website, irc server, bittorrent or whatever that has the GTO manga with volume 10 and up?

i think there is none, but i am not so sure.

back two years ago, the www.greatteacheronidzuka.com translated the manga. they only had up to volume six or seven. they dropped the project when tokyopop licensed the manga.
