"The Raven" the most recognized popular American poem of its day and probably since. His tales of course number several well known classic horror tales and "The Murders on the Rue Morgue" the first modern detective story. Several other things are not so "famous" yet have had equal or greater effect on American and world literature.

No, no noAgain, and again a 21 century same good old "cliché". Still the same "return of the mum(r)phy" Please, Casey, be so kind to REED the poems and novels (and do not forget the critical essays) of the Great Eddy in order to see, to listen, to feel OTHER works even so "geniously" as The Raven etc.
Kind regards
