If irc is okay, then check with #mangaproject at irc.mircx.com. I douwnloaded the first 3 chapters from there, but I don't think much of them.

There's another chapter up at Inane now...the story's getting more interesting. There is also a site with information about the anime (http://www.animenfo.com/animetitle,1066,byqwqh,spiral__bond_of.html), I like the anime more than the manga because there's just more of it out (that I can access). It's worth keeping up with though.
