Its called Please Teacher in the English OVA and as far as I am aware, its 4 DVDs with 4 episodes each so that makes 16 episodes altogether ^_^

16? What are you talkin about, I've watched it and as far as I know its just 13 episodes plus an ova.(which is just an extra episode) Also watch Onegai Twins(not a sequel, but has some of the same characters and the setting is in the same place)

Actually, Onegai Teacher is 12 episodes, the OAV is the 13th epsidode, and as for the english release its 4 dvds 1 with 4 episodes and 3 with 3.
