This has worked great for me. I sit a five gallon bucket in the center, mount my corer/peeler/slicer onto the top, and let the apples fly. The peels fall through the center space right into the bucket, and I can easily cut off bad pieces as well. This is wonderful as I can watch TV, or sit outside and peel apples taking my workmate along. I just thought I'd share.
