go to http://www.dcplusplus.com download then install it. click the settings tab (the little blue pen on paper icon) enter a nick name, like i dunno 'Akira' or 'Nayuki' then click the sharing tab and put ur anime folder (dont worry u only have to share a few little files that total 500MB, so just a few episodes of say Ranma or Eva will do) then click OK. next click the little computer icon and in the manual connection address typeone of the following:

Hmmm, Peach Girl. TFT just started scanning the Tokypop versions (this is illegal, btw). But they don't have a website, you'll have to find the scans on irc. I think they're up to chapter 2 or 3 or something.
