Just recently Pope John Paul II added another set of mysteries. These are the Luminous Mysteries. The 5 decades are the Baptism of the Lord, the Wedding at Cana, The Proclamation of the Kingdom, the Transfiguration, and the Institution of the Eucharist.

So now we have 4 sets of mysteries with 5 mysteries in each, for a total of twenty mysteries to meditate on.
