well, i got them from three sites: http://www.ailanokiga.net/hemuloki/scanlations/tsubasa.html they have chapter 1-10 and who're also doing Mythical Detective Loki, XXXholic, The 13th is Friday?, and soon they're doing Tactics and Gouhou Drug. The second is http://clampunderground.cjb.net/ they only have chapter 14 and then there's http://www.dark-stars.net/~taateam/taa_dl/ they only post new chapters every month but right now they have 4 up: 8, 12, 15, and 16. they also do yu-gi-oh and shaman king, although shaman king isn't up this month. They have all their work in their irc channel: #endlessdimension. sorry that was so long.
