I would too. I am an "independant contractor" by their definition who has worked for a them for 4 years. They tell me I am independant and they refuse to treat me as an employee, refuse any type of benefits. All of the Employees except for me are related and they get promoted, get raises and benefits and I get nothing. Several of them are lazy and incompetent. They do not want to do their jobs and I wind up having to do it for them, yet I am treated as if I have no real place there.

I want to know if I can sue them since the pay me as an independant contractor.
