I'm just wondering whether Bobby's Accessibility Scan is accurate and reliable?? I have been trying to scan those "accessible" websites but I can tell you that almost all of them failed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0 guidelines and also U.S. Section 508 Guidelines.

I thought that section508.org and also w3c.org should be able to meet those guildlines but when when I tried to scan those 2 sites, Bobby Scan doesn't allow me to do that.

I think this is because if these 2 websites also fail in Bobby Scan then the reliability of the Scan would be questioned and that's why it doesn't allow people to scan those 2 sites??

Anybody knows any reliable and accurate accessibility scan?
