CAN ANYONE HELP MY PROPERTY SOLD FOR THE SAME PRICE AS THE MORTGAGE OWED OVER 2 YEARS AGO. YET RECIEVED BILL FROM EVERSHEDS ON BEHALF OF NATIONWIDE FOR £6000 ASKED FOR BREAKDOWN OF FIGURE £4000 OF THIS IS INTEREST .NO OTHER BREAKDOWN RECIEVED ALTHOUGH I HAVE ASKED FOR THIS SEVERAL TIMES OVER LAST 2 MONTHS. ANY ADVICE WOULD BE WELCOME.

Interest will have been added to the mortgage covering the last two years. However you are still entitled to a breakdown of how the figure is made up. Send another letter requsting this information, or serve a SARN on them, post recorded delivery. I personally would also state in the letter that you cannot give any further consideration to their requests until the information which you have requested has been received. Good Luck
