DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN GET A COPY OF THE BOOK "SOUTHERN STEAM POWER" BARNHART PRESS 1996? I HAVE TRIED AMAZON BUT EVERYTIME I TYPE IN SOUTHERN RAILROAD IT GIVES ME 20000 DIFFERENT BOOKS TO LOOK AT. I DONT HAVE TIME TO CHECK EACH ONE. HELP!!

That title is not on Amazon - however, if you use quotation marks and enter "southern steam" you will get a list of about 30 titles.

BTW - there was evidently a reprint of this title. I am not sure of the date, but if memory serves, there were a number of comments that the graphics were noticably poorer than those in the original edition.

There is currently one copy of the first edition (1966) available at abebooks.com. Search by title and publisher. This is a rare book.

I got lucky and found a 1966 copy at an estate auction.Keep you eyes open you may run across one,this is a great book!
