I heard that Onegai Twins had 13 episodes. I then checked www.anime-keep.org, in the projects section, it stated that the anime is completed at episode 12 as the final episode. Care to explain?

Just found out 13 is going to be an ova. Just like Onegai Teacher, the last episode was an ova and had nothing to do with the story, just a freebie. I've got to say, Onegai Twins was a big disappointment for me. They didn't even go into detail about the subject of how they know each other and what happen to make their mother give them up. I mean the entire series was just filler episodes and they decided to give you some answers in the last 2 episodes. I liked Onegai Teacher much better.

I heard that the OVA is coming out on Christmas. And I know that it wasn't explained about why their mother abandoned them, but I think that might be explained in the OVA.
