I really want to know.. Does people who updates manga translate manga with some kind of tools or w/ their self?? Please answer me.. if there is a translatin tools..tell me the site..

usually they know japanese and just translate by reading it, if you use a tool it would surely be full of errors

Most people edit manga with Adobe Photoshop. But if you want an application that translates japanese to english, I don't think there is such a thing. That's why people are always searching for translators for their projects. But if your starting a project, what is it? Or what manga do you want translations for?
