I downloaded manga from http://torrents.chaotixubs.com/ but it really can not open... what file do I need to open this?

im guessing its a .torrent file, if so (it will only be about 10 kb) you will need to download bittorrent from: http://bitconjurer.org/BitTorrent/download.html. one installed just double click the .torrent file and it should ask you where to save the file or which file to resume, just click save and wait a few seconds for it to start.

if its a .rar file go to www.rarlabs.com and download winrar.
