When i try to go 2 a "hub" it says i have not met the requirement of 20 gigs or something what can i do?

Does anyone have an OLD version of DC? I know a trick to make it think that u have more files than u actually do, and there is also a DC FILE SHARER HACK program that works, but only on older versions.. And i no longer have KaZaA... I tried looking online, but couldn't find it... Thanks Guys
