Any info about Carl Larsen, who owned the Tivoli Cafe in the early 1900s.

Died about 1929. Would like info about him. Once owned a huge stretch of land between the ocean and Golden Gate Park. moved from Denmark and opened the Tivoli Cafe which was supposed to be quite popular with theatre people. Evidently was quite wealthy and a philanthropist.
