Who grants leave to a diocesan bishop? In other words when a diocesan bishop wants to avail leave to whom he approachs.

Answers

Like a parish priest, a bishop does not have to seek permission to take his personal vacation, or to travel for official business. He simply has to make arrangements for his responsibilities to be covered during his absence.
