Greetings in Christ

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Catholic : One Thread

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ.

It has been quite some time since my last correspondance. I hope you are all growing in the grace and love of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Does Anna still frequent the Forum ? I remember with fondness, her kindness and warmth in her messages.

Enjoy Christ and be filled with Him,

Olly.

Hello, Oliver. I hope that life is being good to you.

Paul H, I had to smile when I saw your words -- "another Catholic forum as well?"
My friend, there is not just "another" forum. There are more than a dozen of 'em. And, if I knew that all the self-styled "trads" would leave here permanently to go to all those other places -- promising never to return here -- I would post all the other forums' URLs.

Or would I? Would it be a sin against charity for me to burden the Catholics at the other forums with these protestants? In fact, they should be banned both from here and those other places.

God bless you.
John

Thankyou all.

Married life is wonderful. It has many challenges as we both discover each other's needs and differences. We have laughter and tears, but most importantly, we have God to turn to. In times of distress, it is a relief to have such a wonderful conselor in our Lord.

It is a pity that marriage is often scorned or laughed at these days. It is a blessing to have a "mirror" that shows me what i'm really like so that I will find the need to turn to the Lord and confess my short-comings.

Take care everyone. I will try to visit more often.

In Christ, Olly.

For paul h, www.phatmass.com An interesting site, very large but not as edgy as this one. I like it here. Jim

Thankyou David.

I'm am touched by your warm words.

Actually, I have felt a real closeness and love from my wife lately. I am encouraged by her desire to pray earnestly and pursue after the truth in the word daily. It has caused me to be renewed and refreshed in my consecration to the Lord.

How is your life these days ?

Olly.
