Can ANYONE tell ME if the one piece manga scanlations of chapter 287 and up are still being done? cuz I know Naruto is still being translated even though its been licensed in US

Null is doing them. They don't update their site often, so its best to check their IRC channel every once and a while. It's #null on irc.mircx.com . You don't have to use IRC for the downloading, though. Just look at the topic to see what the newest release is, and theres a couple HTTP links after it. Hope that helps!

They just did chapter 287 recently and I assume they're working on the rest.

Maybe Null will make another 5,6,7, chpaters releases the next time. Don't know how they hold their bandwidth...LOL From what I've seen from raw scans, the storyline is pretty slow from 288 to 296, it seems talking about history of the city.
